Essential Pilates for Rehab and Injury Prevention

Wednesdays at 4:45pm FOR JULY ONLY,  Stephanie will focus on modifying the Essential level exercises for those who require adaptations and modifications.  These adaptations may be required due to postural issues, chronic pain, lack of core strength, injury prevention and lack of mobility.
Props, equipment and other pieces are used to assist clients in modifying exercises based on their own needs.  Class pace is slower and focused on practising the five STOTT Pilates Principles throughout the Essential exercises.
