NEW Pilates Suspension Method - Pop up classes

Stephanie is excited to offer clients a workout which combines the best of both the Pilates and TRX worlds. 

The Pilates Suspension Method combines both traditional and contemporary mat pilates and equipment-based pilates exercises and performs them on the TRX suspension strap. Exercises are executed in standing, kneeling, supine and prone positions.

We all know how great pilates is for creating a strong, balanced, healthy core, the key ingredient for healthy, injury-free movement!  But add in the TRX strap, a piece of equipment that uses one's own body weight to build strength, balance, co-ordination, flexibility, core and joint stability, all while increasing bone density and minimizing wear, tear and impact on the joints, then you have the perfect combination workout!

Your body does the work and the TRX provides the support, challenge and feedback you need to make the most out of every movement.
