Training Fees

TRAINING & CLASS FEES – effective January 1, 2020


EFFECTIVE April 1, 2021:

Pilates Mat and Group TRX: $14.00 + hst / per class for monthly sign up.  $15.00 + hst Drop-in. 

Three Mat classes per month – $48.30

Four Mat classes per month – $64.40

Five Mat classes per month – $80.50


Online classes with iMotion Fitness Connect

Monthly registration: $44.99 + HST/month – $51.74

Reformer Group Class Fees

Registration is required. Cash/cheque is the preferred payment method (payable to “Imotion fitness”) or e-transfer to fitness@eastlink.ca.


Seniors/Students*: $21.00 + hst/class

Non-members: $23.00 + hst/class

Monthly Fees (dependent on # of days per month the specific class falls on)

3 classes – Senior/Student: $72.45; Non-members: $79.35

4 classes – Senior/Student: $96.60; Non-members: $105.80

5 classes – Senior/Student: $120.75; Non-members: $132.25

Group TRX fees

Due to COVID restrictions these classes are not available at this time.


Private or Semi-Private training fees

Private Mat or Reformer Session (one-hour) – $55.00 + hst
Semi-private** Mat or Reformer Session (one-hour) – $35.00 + hst per person

MAT and /or Reformer Packages

Five (5) Private one-hour sessions: $260.00 + hst (save $15!)

Five (5) Semi-private one-hour sessions (per person): $160 + hst (save $15!)

Workplace Workshops, Presentation and Master class fees:

We consult too! Workplace Workshops, Presentation and Master class fees:

Beginning at $100.00 + hst / hour

* full-time student. Senior 60+ years

** semi-private = 2 to 4 people for mat/2 to 3 people for reformer

*NEW* online Introduction to Pilates matwork - ON-DEMAND

This June, we are excited to offer our first progression-based Introduction to pilates classes ONLINE!

Beginning June 5,  clients will receive two, 30-minute video workouts on Wednesday and Saturday each week to do anytime (and as often as) it suits your schedule. 

Each workout will build on what we learn from the previous week so your progression, if you dedicate the time of only two hours per week, will be noticable, I promise!

You have access to principles, technique and review videos, as well as access to the instructors for questions and feedback anytime!

Virtual fitness is here to stay!  Join our NEW online group! We offer six LIVE or On Demand total body fitness, cardio & pilates workouts per week, PLUS a bonus monthly workout of TRX, YOGA, technique videos and more...our library continues to build with 30- to 45-minute workouts to give you hundreds of workout options!

Starting from scratch? Nervous about what you can or cannot do? Everything starts with the first step and we can help!

We are excited to offer a  BEGINNER BASICS program consisting of two new weekly ON-DEMAND 15-minute classes to start you off slow and progress at your own pace.

These 15-minute classes (who doesn't have 15 minutes!?!) can be done on your own time and as many times as you like...We offer easy-to-follow basic movements with modifications so you can build on them each week...OR stay with them as long as you like to build strength, mobility and cardio fitness at your own pace.  

Each of the two weekly classes include a 15-minute strength workout with weights (or not!) and a 15-minute stretching routine with lower body and core work.  PLUS, you will have access to ALL the BEGINNER WORKOUTS online in the library that we have offered since December 2020!
