Our physical studio is now open to limited class numbers.

A new session starts the first day of every month for both Reformer and Mat classes!

For December classes, we will run December 1 - 23, 2020.

We offer six LIVE or On Demand total body fitness, cardio & pilates workouts per week, PLUS a bonus monthly workout of TRX, YOGA, technique videos and more...our library continues to build with 30- to 45-minute workouts to give you hundreds of workout options!

Nervous? Starting from scratch? Not sure what you can or cannot do!? Let us help!  We are excited to offer a BEGINNER STARTER PACK of three weekly ON-DEMAND 15-minute classes to start you off slow, steady and progress at your own pace.

The three-classes on Monday, Wednesday and Friday (posted by 4:00pm each day) include a 15-minute strength workout with weights (or not!), a 15-minute low-impact cardio workout AND a 15-minute gentle total body stretch!
