Welcome!

We offer in-person group classes and private training at our bright, new studio at 119 Kent Street in Downtown Charlottetown!

To register, please contact Stephanie at fitness@eastlink.ca.  You can register for classes MONTHLY, with new classes beginning on the first day of each month…the more you buy the more you save!

Drop-ins are also welcome.   AND ON-LINE CLASS REGISTRATION IS COMING SOON! 

Registration is required for Pilates Reformer classes on a first come, first served basis as space is limited.

We also offer private group bookings with friends or family, so reach out to see what times we have available!

Wednesdays 5:00pm – four classes (Essential/Intermediate)

Thursdays 10:00am – four classes (Essential/Intermediate)

Thursdays 12:00pm – four classes (Essential Progressions)

Fridays 8:30am – four classes (Intermediate/Advanced)
