Helpful tips:

1. If you plan to attend multiple mat classes, purchase a class package at a reduced rate.

IMPORTANT! – When you purchase a class package, you are still required to sign up for each individual class date! Click on the schedule page, find your class/date and “SIGN-UP” to secure your spot. When checking out, your package purchase will appear as a payment option. 

2. Your account allows you to see upcoming classes, and cancel or re-schedule classes up to 24-hours before class start time.

3. If you click on a class date, and WAITLIST button appears, the class is full.  You can be added to the waitlist and be notified within 24-hours via email if a spot opens up!

Pilates is a progressive practice built on principles that require patience,  repetition, and education…We want clients to get the MOST out of classes and also avoid injury…

*If you DO NOT have any Pilates MAT or REFORMER EXPERIENCE it is recommended you begin with an introductory level class please! Classes will be taught at the level they are promoted as on the schedule*
