We offer group Pilates Mat, Reformer,  Group TRX and Functional Fitness classes and private training for all levels at our bright, new studio located in the Lower Level of 119 Kent Street in Downtown Charlottetown.

Helpful Tips for Booking and Attending Classes

Save with Class Packages

Attending multiple mat classes? Save money by purchasing a class package at a discounted rate.

Important: Even with a package, you still need to register for each class individually. Visit the schedule page, choose your class and date, and click “SIGN UP” to reserve your spot. When checking out, your package will show as a payment option.

Manage Your Classes with Ease

Your account lets you easily view upcoming classes, as well as cancel or reschedule—just be sure to make any changes at least 24 hours before the class starts.

Waitlists & Notifications

If a class is full, a WAITLIST button will appear. Add yourself to the waitlist and you’ll receive an email notification if a spot opens—often within 24 hours of the class.
