Time is precious — and when you’ve only got 30 minutes, you want to make it count. That’s why I design each workout to target everything we need to focus on as we age. Efficiency, baby!

We also offer variety — because challenging your body in different ways is key to healthy aging. And just so you know: healthy aging can start at ANY age!

What’s in Our Workouts?

  1. Compound Movements: Work your upper and lower body together while challenging coordination and boosting brain function. Your heart and lungs will love it too!
  2. Strength Training: Grab some weights — start light and build up as you get stronger. You’ll be surprised how quickly you progress!
  3. Flexibility: We always finish with stretches to release those tight areas. Never skip the stretch — your body will thank you.
  4. Core Focus: Every class works the abdominals and back — your core is the foundation of healthy, pain-free movement.

Why We Believe Pilates Is the Key to Healthy Movement & a Longer Life

Pilates is the foundation of healthy movement. It builds core strength, supports spinal alignment, and helps improve posture. As we age, a strong core and healthy posture make movement easier and reduce aches and pains.

You wouldn’t build a house on a weak foundation, right?

Plus, Pilates keeps your hips and shoulders strong and mobile — all deeply connected to your spine and core. As Joseph Pilates said, You’re only as young as your spine is old.

What You Get

Your monthly membership includes 4–5 brand-new virtual classes each week, all 30 minutes or less. New classes drop at midnight on their scheduled day!

  • Monday – Pilates Mat Express: 30-minute total body class combining essential and intermediate exercises. No two classes are ever the same!
  • Tuesday – Total Body Fitness with Weights: Strength training for the over-40 crew! Full-body workout with weights and optional cardio drills. Modifications for all levels.
  • Thursday – 20-Minute Target Workout: Arms & abs? Glutes? A new focus every week — always efficient and energizing!
  • Friday – Pilates Mat with Equipment: Use light weights, flex bands, or mini-balls to level up your mat Pilates game. Equipment is totally optional!
  • Bonus Saturday (bi-weekly) – 30-Minute Barre: Join Stephanie for a lower-body-focused Barre class that also works the upper body and gets your heart rate up!

All workouts stay in our library for up to a year, so you always have dozens of options to choose from. Bookmark your favourites and revisit them anytime!

What You’ll Need

You don’t need much to get started — just a small space to move. But if you’d like to add some gear, we recommend:

  • Light to heavy hand weights
  • Flex bands
  • Mini-stability ball
