You’ve come to the right place…we can help with ALL OF THE ABOVE and more…

We are your safe spot. You are protected and secure with us and you WILL be taken care of…because you belong here.

We offer group classes and private training at our bright, new studio located in the Lower Level of 119 Kent Street in Downtown Charlottetown.

Frequently Asked Questions

Helpful tips:

1. If you plan to attend multiple mat classes, purchase a class package at a reduced rate.

2. Your account allows you to see upcoming classes, and cancel or re-schedule classes up to 12 hours before class start time).

3. If you are unable to complete a booking, or the date does not appear, there are no spots left for that class time

Please choose your class levels wisely!!

We also offer private group bookings with friends or family, so reach out to see what times we have available!
